We recently completed a commercial flooring installation for Caldwells Estate Agents in Lymington, delivering a modern and durable flooring solution suitable for a busy office environment. Estate agency offices experience constant foot traffic from both staff and clients, so the flooring needed to be both hard-wearing and visually professional.

The project began with the uplift and removal of the existing flooring throughout the premises. Once the area had been cleared, we carried out full subfloor preparation to ensure the new flooring would perform reliably over time. This included smoothing and preparing the surface to create a stable base for installation.

We then installed commercial luxury vinyl tile flooring in key areas of the office, providing a durable, low-maintenance surface with a modern appearance. In other areas, we installed commercial carpet tiles, which are ideal for office environments due to their durability, sound absorption, and ease of maintenance.

The finished result provided Caldwells Estate Agents with a professional, practical flooring solution that complements the office environment while standing up to the demands of daily use.
